Returns Policy

• Should you receive the incorrect size or style, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.Returned items should be returned unused in its original packing and our company special shipping label on the box.
   
• All our products are checked for faults before shipping.Should you nevertheless receive an item with a defect or damage and need to exchange it for the same items, Please contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.We will review the digital picture provided,if the item is indeed defective we will ship you a new item at no charge to you.
  
  Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.
   
• Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive to our Return Center.
  
• We asses a 15% restocking fee on all items and the shipping fee is non-refundable because that is paid to our shipping agents-please ask any questions you have before ordering to limit or to prevent any problems.
